1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boxo: Block Puzzle Games, you confirm that:

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AroraSoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• •Use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App or any of its content.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• •Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• •Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App.
• •Use any cheats, automation tools, bots, hacks, or exploits in connection with the App.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• •Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• •Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the App.
• •Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on the App.

4. In-App Advertising

The App is free to download and play. To support ongoing development, the App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including:

• •Google AdMob (operated by Google LLC)
• •AppLovin MAX (operated by AppLovin Corporation)

These advertising partners may collect and use data about your device and app usage to serve relevant advertisements. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. You acknowledge that:

• •We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
• •Clicking on advertisements may direct you to external websites or applications governed by their own terms and policies.
• •You can opt out of personalized advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the game title "Boxo: Block Puzzle Games", logos, artwork, graphics, sounds, music, game mechanics, and software code — is the exclusive property of AroraSoft or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use AroraSoft's trademarks, logos, service marks, or trade names beyond what is expressly permitted herein.

6. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• •Update, modify, or discontinue the App (or any features thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
• •Issue automatic or manual updates which may change the functionality of the App.
• •Require you to install updates to continue using the App.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• •Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• •Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• •Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content within the App.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARORASOFT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• •Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• •Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• •Damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the App.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of $0 USD (since the App is free) or the minimum permitted by applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AroraSoft and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the App in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Third-Party Platforms

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to Google's applicable terms:

AroraSoft is solely responsible for the App and its content. Google is not a party to these Terms and bears no obligations with respect to the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
